Carrying excess weight is a widely known health issue causing a range of conditions including heart disease, diabetes, indigestion, arthritis, blood pressure and infertility issues. So why don’t we do something about it? It is down to the brain and how it is programmed, and the rise in technology which makes it easier and easier not to move. 


In a Joy Health Weight Loss Therapy programme we work on the client’s lifestyle, eating patterns established in childhood and stress levels. We gradually work on mental programming following on from a deep healing session with me, followed up with regular meditation, eating and exercise regimes to suit the individual.
